Garage Conversion to In-Law Suite
We are turning this existing garage (with addition for shared laundry room) into a beautiful In-law suite. The suite will contain a bathroom, kitchen area, and a living/sleeping area. A laundry room will be added that will be shared by both units in the home. This area has been cleaned out. New underground plumbing has been installed. The new addition has been built. Framing for the walls of the bathroom and other areas has been started, along with the plumbing and electrical work. New windows and doors are in place. Insulation and Tyvek house wrap are clearly in place. On the inside, all new insulation has been added and covered with new drywall. New doors have been installed and the trim has been added.
This room has been completed. The homeowner has furnished the rooms and it is ready for their in-laws to move in.
